Wyoming State Historical Society is a statewide organization whose purpose is to promote Wyoming history. The society produces many books, prints, etc.

The Wyoming State Historical Society began in 1953 and provides direction and support for historical research and preservation in Wyoming. Made up of members across Wyoming, as well as from outside the borders of Wyoming and the United States, the Society is open to any individual interested in history of Wyoming and the West.
