Star Valley Chocolates

Star Valley Chocolates manufactures and retails gourmet chocolates.

Star Valley Chocolates are old fashioned chocolatiers using real chocolate and employing traditional methods to make delicious truffles, other wonderful chocolates and marvelous candies. They use chocolate from Europe in the making of the truffles for both the center (or ganache) and dipping. The chocolates are hand tempered and double-dipped, each one being an original work. They use local heavy cream blended with the chocolate to make the truffles. Star Valley Chocolates does not use preservatives or artificial man-made chocolate coatings. The location of the manufacturing is in western Wyoming in beautiful Star Valley. The clear dry air helps in making of these superior chocolates. They make everything we sell from scratch including our famous English toffee and delicious nut caramels available in almonds, hazelnuts, Brazil, pecan and walnut. They also have plain caramels, divinity and European style nougat. The company makes its truffles in a variety of favors such as chocolate/chocolate, an intense chocolate experience. (They are available in dark, milk and ivory.) Crème de menthe, orange, lemon, ginger, almond, hazelnut, nutty amaretto, tangerine, lime, black walnut, pecan, blackberry, Washington cherry, strawberry, strawberry/banana, raspberry, blueberry and watermelon are some of the flavors that are available. They make cherry cordials in dark, milk and ivory chocolate. Vanilla and mint crèmes and chocolate covered nuts.

The chocettes available in dark, milk and ivory chocolate are a unique product to Star Valley Chocolates. A base of chocolate covered in nuts and coated in a delicious caramel. They also make their very own Chocolate Pizza--it has an ivory chocolate base with delicious caramel and it is drizzled with 9 different types of nuts. The brittle: has the standard peanut and we have almond, pecan, walnut, sesame seed, sunflower seed, Brazil nut and banana. They have barks in dark milk and ivory chocolate available in the following nuts; hazelnut, almond, walnut, Brazil, cashew and peanuts. They deliver primarily by the US Post office Priority Mail although they can ship on request by FEDEX or UPS.
