Established since 1963, Clark’s Meat House provides full-service custom meat cutting and processing for both wholesale and retail customers – offering beef, pork, poultry, lamb, buffalo, seafood, meat bundles, deli meats/cheeses, award-winning smoked meat products, whole/half/quarter beef, whole/half hogs and one of a kind seasonings.

Clark’s Meat House is famous for Seasoned Prime Rib, Smoked Turkeys, Maple Smoked Hams, and Specialty Bacons, as well as Clark’s own hand-made Bratwurst, Summer Sausage, Andouille, Chirizo, Linguisa, Apple Maple Smoked Pork Sausage, Wisconsin Bratwurst, Kielbasa, German Sausage, Bologna, and Beef, Buffalo or Elk Jerky and Snack Sticks.
