Amy has collected unique antique beads for years and is intrigued by how relatively easy it is to find these small historical art pieces still in good shape. She started making and selling beads and jewelry in 2001.
The art of beadmaking is referred to as "lampworking." Amy is mainly a self-taught glass artist and enjoys the idea of creating small, intricate works of art that can be worn and taken anywhere.
