With more than 20 years of experience as a stained-glass artist, Beth Rulli opened Indian Paintbrush Studio in 1994. She is a consistent ribbon winner in the Cheyenne Botanical Garden glass shows. Her merchandise is not made by the thousands overseas or in mass markets. She takes personal care in meeting her customers' needs and personal pride in her craftsmanship.
